Eddie Lee "Pops" Miles is led away from the scene of an apartment fire he is accused of starting as part of a domestic disturbance at 207 Washington Ave., Batavia, Sunday morning (Jan. 7, 2018). Police were called to the scene because of the fight and upon arrival, Miles allegedly threatened to shoot officers. Police then set up a perimeter and minutes later, smoke was seen coming from the apartment. Miles surrendered to police shortly after the fire started.
